3.1.3.7. Engine mount

GENERAL INFORMATION

Identification of new type of a pillow of an engine mount

And – a nut of fastening of a pillow to an engine mount arm,

In – bolts of fastening of a pillow to an engine mount arm

Since February, 1983 (a code of date of production of "DK") metal-rubber pillows of an engine mount are entered.

In case of emergence in a body of the fluctuations which are shown in the course of start of the engine and its work idling in the cars manufactured till February, 1983 it is necessary to arrive as follows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check whether makes engine speed idling of 800±25 rpm.
2. If nevertheless at the correct size of speed of the engine idling fluctuations are transferred in a body, then it is necessary to replace metal-rubber pillows of an engine mount.
3. To remove the top part of a casing of a radiator.
4. To unscrew a nut (A) of fastening of a pillow to an engine mount arm.
5. To suspend the engine by means of a waist and to unscrew bolts of fastening of a pillow to an engine mount cross-piece.
6. To remove laying of round section or the clamps established on bolts of a new metal-rubber pillow of an engine mount.
7. To establish a metal-rubber pillow of new type and to tighten bolts of its fastening to an engine mount cross-piece the moment of 50-60 Nanometers.
8. To lower the engine and to tighten a nut of fastening of a pillow to an engine mount arm.

Prevention

To check whether basic laying of big diameter is in the place.


9. To establish the top casing of a radiator.
