Identification of an arm of a support of a disk brake
Since May, 1983 (a code of date of production "DL") the cars manufactured in Genk, and since June, 1983 (a code of date of production of "DY") also the cars manufactured in Dagen-ham and Cork are equipped with arms of supports (see rice. Identification of an arm of a support of a disk brake) and supports of new type, and also brake shoes with the laying excluding fluctuations. The entered changes do not change the order of dismantling and assembly of brakes and a method of replacement of brake shoes described in subsection 10.2.
The new Ford SAM 6 C 9103 A brake fluid was systematically entered. New brake fluid can be applied to completion of amount of earlier used liquid. In the course of replacement it is necessary to use new brake fluid.
