Leading gear wheel of the main transfer
The leading gear wheel of the main transfer forms a single whole with shaft. The changes described below concern the termination of this shaft.
From November, 1982 (a code of date of production of "SA") to July, 1983 (a code of date of production of "DS") at installation of the main transfer the special glue applied on a carving as the additional tool protecting a nut of an exit of a shaft of a gear wheel of the main transfer from unscrewing was applied.
Since August, 1983 (a code of date of production of "DT") change is entered into a design of a neck of a shaft of the leading gear wheel of the main transfer and its nut. The carving on a shaft with right (old type) on left is changed (the leading gear wheels of new type). For simplification of recognition of shaft of old and new types various form of a cut on a carving part of a shaft is used (see rice. Also the way of designation of a case of the back bridge which instead of the priklepanny plate is beaten out directly on a case of the back bridge is changed.
In case of need unscrewing of a nut of a shaft of the leading gear wheel of the main transfer in the course of installation it is necessary to use a new nut surely.
If the nut of old type is used (with a right-hand carving), then it is necessary to record surely it from unscrewing by means of the special glue provided for this purpose.
After tightening of a nut it is necessary to record in addition it from unscrewing by a zachekanka. It concerns nuts of both old, and new types.
Fastening of the back bridge
Since September, 1984 (a code of date of production of "EL") for elimination of a gap (A) (see rice. Fastening of the back bridge) which can be formed between inflows of the bridge and elements of fastening to the holder's plate, and in particular a bolt (V), the U-shaped laying located between inflow (left and right) and the holder's plate is used. This laying has thickness: 0,5; 1,0 and 1,5 mm. At installation of the back bridge it is necessary to use laying of such thickness that it could with small effort move between the connected elements.
Since May, 1986 (a code of date of production of "GJ") bolts and nuts of fastening of metal-rubber pillows of the back bridge are changed. Characteristic feature of new bolts and nuts is their golden color.
In case of removal of the back bridge at its installation it is necessary to use – in all bridges – bolts and nuts of new type.
