GENERAL INFORMATION

Bent shaft

The bent shaft made of cast iron is dynamically balanced and leans on five radical bearings.

Diameters of radical necks:
  – nominal
53,980 – 54,000 mm
  – repair-0,25
53,730 – 53,750 mm
  – repair-0,50
53,480 – 53,500 mm
  – repair-0,75
53,230 – 53,250 mm
Width of the basic bearing:
  – nominal:
28,825 – 28,875 mm
  – repair
28,675 – 28,725 mm
Radial gap in radical bearings
0,028 – 0,067 mm
Axial gap of a bent shaft
0,1 – 0,2 mm
Diameter of conrod necks:
  – nominal
43,890 – 43,910 mm
  – repair-0,25
43,640 – 43,660 mm
  – repair-0,50
43,390 – 43,410 mm
  – repair-0,75
43,140 – 43,160 mm
  – repair-1,00
42,89 – 42,910 mm

Radical inserts

Thin-walled inserts are used.

Internal diameter of inserts after installation in the block of cylinders:
  – nominal
58,016 – 58,059 mm
  – repair-0,25
57,776 – 57,809 mm
  – repair-0,50
57,516 – 57,559 mm
  – repair-0,75
57,266 – 57,309 mm

Rods

Rods are shaped from steel and have double-T section.

Diameter of an opening of the lower head
46,890 – 46,900 mm
Diameter of an opening of a head
20,622 – 20,634 mm
Radial gap in conrod bearings
0,020 – 0,065 mm

Connecting rods

Thin-walled inserts are used.

Internal diameter of inserts after installation in the block of cylinders:
  – nominal
43,919 – 43,960 mm
  – repair-0,25
43,669 – 43,710 mm
  – repair-0,50
43,419 – 43,460 mm
  – repair-0,75
43,169 – 43,210 mm
  – repair-1,00
42,919 – 42,960 mm

Pistons

Pistons are cast under pressure from light alloy, have a flat bottom with deepenings for plates of valves.

Piston gap in the cylinder:
  – nominal
0,02 – 0,04 mm
  – repair
0,01 – 0,045 mm
Nominal diameters of pistons:
Standard:
  – group 1
79,910 – 79,920 mm
  – group 2
79,920 – 79,930 mm
  – group 3
79,930 – 79,940 mm
  – group 4
79,940 – 79,950 mm
  – group 5

  – group B
79,980 – 79,990 mm
  – group C
79,990 – 80,000 mm

Repair diameters of cylinders: are increased by 0,290 or 0,500 mm.

Piston rings

Each piston has rings: two sealing and one oil scraper.

Sealing rings have to be directed by an inscription of "Torahs" towards a head of the block of cylinders.

Gap of the lock of the rings (placed in the cylinder):

  – sealing: 0,30 – 0,50 mm;
  – oil scraper: 0,40 – 1,40 mm.

Position of locks of rings on the piston: cuts of sealing rings have to be placed evenly on piston perimeter, and components of an oil scraper ring have to have the cuts located through everyone 120 °.

Flywheel

The flywheel is fixed on a flange of a bent shaft by means of 6 bolts.

The gear wreath napressovyvatsya at a temperature of 260 ° –280 °C.
