3.1.4.2.1.1. Head of the block of cylinders of the engine

GENERAL INFORMATION

The head of the block of cylinders is made of light alloy. Has the spherical chambers and the valve inclined in two planes, forming V-shaped system and put in action by cams of the cam-shaft located in a head of the block of cylinders by means of hydraulic pushers and levers.

Springs of valves


The single springs identical both for inlet, and for final valves are used.

Free length: 45,4 – 47,2 mm.
Length at the open valve: 27 mm.
Length at the closed valve: 37,084 mm.

Levers of valves

The levers of valves shaped from steel fasten the central bolt.

Pushers

Hydraulic pushers are made of steel, stamped in a cold state and have the cylindrical form.

Outer diameter:

  – nominal: 22,25 mm;
  – repair +0,25: 22,50 mm.
