After extraction of halves of inserts of radical bearings and persistent half rings of a bent shaft it is necessary to take from system of ventilation of a case an oil separator together with its spring. Removal of a separator of oil from system of ventilation of a case of the CVH engine
Removal and installation of the oil pump
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To merge oil from the oil pallet. |
2. To remove a casing of the drive of system of gas distribution and a gear belt. |
3. To remove from a bent shaft maple a pulley, a pulley and the oil pallet. |
4. To unscrew bolts of fastening of the oil pump and to remove the pump. |
5. To wash up the oil pallet and a mesh oil filter, and then to perform operations in the return sequence in relation to removal process. |
6. To put on a gear belt, paying attention to coincidence of signs on a bent shaft and a cam-shaft. |

Removal of the pump of cooling liquid
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To disconnect a wire of weight from the accumulator and to merge liquid from the cooling system. |
2. To take off maple a generator drive belt. |
3. To rotate a bent shaft before coincidence of adjusting signs VMT of the piston of the 1st cylinder on a pulley of a bent shaft and a casing of the drive of system of gas distribution, and then to remove a casing of the drive of system of gas distribution. |
4. To weaken the tension device and to take off a gear belt. |
5. To disconnect the elastic pipeline of cooling liquid going to a radiator and the pipeline of cooling liquid going to a contour of heating of interior of the car. |
6. To remove the tension device of a gear belt. |
7. To unscrew four bolts of fastening of the pump of cooling liquid to the block of cylinders of the engine and to take the pump of cooling liquid. |

Installation of the pump of cooling liquid
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To clear a laying prileganiye surface on the pump of cooling liquid and the block of cylinders of the engine. |
2. To establish new laying and to screw the pump of cooling liquid on the block of cylinders of the engine. |
3. To install the tension device of a gear belt. |
4. To put on a gear belt. |
5. To establish a casing of the drive of system of gas distribution. |
6. To put on maple a belt of the drive of the generator and to pull it. |
7. To connect elastic cooling systems of the pipeline, to fill the cooling system and to check its tightness. |
