Removal of a gear belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To take off maple a generator drive belt.
3. To disconnect a plait of electric wires of system of ignition, to remove the distributor of high voltage, a rotor of the distributor and the holder of the distributor of ignition (see rice. System of gas distribution of the CVH engine).
4. To remove a casing of the drive of system of gas distribution.
5. To turn a bent shaft before installation of a sign on a cam-shaft pulley opposite to a sign on a head of the block of cylinders (1) (see rice. Installation of gas distribution of the CVH engine).
6. To weaken a bolt of blocking of the tension device of a gear belt. To move a roller to the left and to tighten the blocking bolt.
7. To take off a gear belt.

Adjustment of gas distribution and installation of a gear belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a sign on a cam-shaft pulley opposite to a sign on a head of the block of cylinders (1) (see rice. Installation of gas distribution of the CVH engine).
2. To turn a bent shaft before installation of a sign of a pulley of a bent shaft (2) opposite to a sign on a case of the oil pump.
3. To insert a spring of the tension device, the tension device and to block it in situation against the stop to the left.

Prevention

This spring is not established at the plant, the gear belt stretches by means of special adaptation. After weakening of fastening of the tension device it is necessary to establish surely a spring for providing the correct tension of a gear belt.


4. To put on a gear belt, beginning from a pulley of a bent shaft, in the direction counterclockwise.
5. To unblock the tension device so that its roller pulled a gear belt.
6. To execute two whole revolutions of a bent shaft in the direction clockwise and to establish a sign on a cam-shaft pulley opposite to a sign on a head of the block of cylinders.
7. To record a bent shaft (having included transfer and having tightened the lever of the emergency brake) and to rotate a cam-shaft in the direction counterclockwise by means of a dynamometer key with a head of 41 mm (through a reducing element 1/2 "–3/4").
Prevention

The head of 41 mm is necessary as it is impossible to rotate a cam-shaft for a bolt of fastening of its pulley.


8. To hold a cam-shaft with the moment of 23-30 Nanometers and to tighten the tension device of a gear belt the moment of 23-30 Nanometers (at first a bolt on the right side).
9. To check whether adjusting signs underwent change.
10. To switch off transfer and the emergency brake.
11. To turn on two turns a bent shaft in the direction of its working rotation then repeatedly to check the provision of adjusting signs.
12. To establish a casing of the drive of system of gas distribution.
13. To install the distributor of ignition and wire of high voltage.
14. To put on and pull a maple belt of the drive of the generator.
15. To connect the accumulator.
