3.2.1.4.3. Repair of a head of the block of cylinders

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove inlet and final collectors.
2. To unscrew from a head of the block of cylinders two brackets with openings for raising of the engine and the oil pressure sensor.
3. To remove the vacuum pump, unscrewing consistently (and on an identical corner) two bolts of fastening.
4. To uncover cam-shaft bearings No. 2 and 4.
5. To unscrew on 1/4 turns of a nut of other covers of bearings of a cam-shaft.
6. To uncover cam-shaft bearings together with the top inserts, sealants and to take a cam-shaft.
7. To take pushers together with plates of regulation of a gap of valves and to arrange so that at assembly they could be established in the same nests of a head of the block of cylinders in which they stood earlier.
8. To take a pusher of the drive of the vacuum pump.
9. By means of adaptation (21.024) to squeeze springs of separate valves and to remove crackers.
10. To remove adaptation and to remove the top basic plates of springs, a spring and the valve.
11. By means of special nippers (MS-1501) to remove maslootrazhatelny caps from cores of valves.

Check

After dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to wash up carefully all details, to check their technical condition and to estimate suitability for further work (see subsection 3.2.1.2.2). It is necessary to replace all laying and to make grinding in of valves.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To oil engine cores of valves and to insert them into guides.
2. To wind the ends of cores of valves with an adhesive tape in order that they did not damage working edges of caps and by means of adaptation 21.007 to establish caps on cores of valves.
3. To establish springs of valves, the top plates and by means of adaptation 21.024 to squeeze springs and to insert crackers.
4. To oil engine a rod of the drive of the vacuum pump and to insert it into an opening of a head of the block of cylinders.
5. To oil pushers and to establish them together with plates of adjustment of a gap of valves in nests in a head of the block of cylinders in which they were installed earlier.
6. To insert into nests in a head of the block of cylinders the lower inserts of bearings of a cam-shaft and to oil them engine.
7. To establish a cam-shaft on inserts; the clown on the end of a shaft has to be directed up.
8. To establish the top inserts in covers of bearings of a cam-shaft and to oil them.
9. To enclose under a head of the block of cylinders of a washer in order that valve could move in guides.
10. To impose the pressurizing SPM-4G911 Z-F/G paste on the plane of consolidation of the bearing No. 1 of a cam-shaft (from the drive of system of gas distribution).
11. To establish covers of bearings of a cam-shaft No. 1, 3 and 5. Designation (arrow) have to be directed to them forward (towards the drive of system of gas distribution).
12. To put a hand the clamps of fastening of covers of bearings of a cam-shaft.
13. To tighten a key on 180 ° cam-shaft No. 3 bearing cover nuts, then No. 1, and then No. 2.
14. To repeat the last operation until covers do not appear precisely on the places.
15. To establish covers of bearings No. 2 and 4 by blows of the hammer from artificial material.
16. To tighten bolts of all covers of bearings of a cam-shaft the corresponding moment.
17. To oil engine a sealing ring of a cam-shaft and to insert it by means of adaptation 21.110.
18. To install the vacuum pump together with laying of round section and to tighten its bolts of fastening consistently and evenly corresponding moment.
19. To screw on a head of the block of cylinders two brackets with openings for raising of the engine and to screw up the oil pressure sensor.
20. To screw on a head of the block of cylinders final and inlet collectors together with new laying and to tighten bolts and nuts of their fastening the corresponding moment.
