PUMP OF COOLING LIQUID
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator. |
2. To merge the cooling system (see below). |
3. To remove the air filter. |
4. To take off a gear belt of the drive of a cam-shaft (see subsection 3.2.1.4.2). |
5. To remove the lower casing of the drive of system of gas distribution. |
6. To shoot a video of the tension device of a gear belt of the drive of system of gas distribution. |
7. To unscrew a hairpin from a pump housing of cooling liquid. |
8. To disconnect the elastic pipeline from the pump of cooling liquid. |
9. To remove the pump of cooling liquid. |

Installation
Prevention
In case of replacement of the pump of cooling liquid it is also recommended to establish a new gear belt of the drive of system of gas distribution.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To clear laying prileganiye surfaces in the block of cylinders of the engine and a pump housing of cooling liquid. |
2. To establish new laying of the pump of cooling liquid. |
3. To screw the pump of cooling liquid on the block of cylinders, without tightening up to the end fastening bolts. |
4. To connect the elastic pipeline of the cooling system to the pump of cooling liquid. To establish a white sign on the pipeline opposite to a sign on a pump housing ledge. |
5. To tighten bolts of fastening of the pump of cooling liquid the corresponding moment. |
6. To screw up on the appropriate place in a pump housing of cooling liquid a hairpin, having greased a carving with a small amount of Loctite 242 glue. |
7. To establish the lower casing of the drive of system of gas distribution. |
8. To establish a roller and a spring of the tension device of a gear belt of the drive of system of gas distribution. To establish a roller so that its spring was most compressed. |
9. To establish a gear belt of the drive of system of gas distribution (see subsection 3.2.1.4.4). |
10. To install the air filter. |
11. To connect a weight wire to the accumulator. |
12. To fill the cooling system and to remove from it air (see below). |
13. To check tightness of connections. |

Discharge of the cooling system
Prevention
Cooling liquid is recommended to be changed on the cold engine.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator. |
2. To carefully unscrew a stopper of a broad tank of the cooling system. |
3. To put under a radiator capacity for the following liquid from the cooling system. |
4. To unscrew a discharge stopper on a radiator. |

5. To unscrew the discharge stopper on the block of cylinders of the engine located below the vacuum pump. |

Filling of the cooling system and removal of air from it
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To screw up both drain stoppers (in a radiator and in the block of cylinders of the engine). |
2. To unscrew the cooling system deaerator bolt located in the top elastic pipeline of a radiator. |
3. To fill in cooling liquid through an opening in a broad tank so far it will not begin to follow from under a cooling system deaerator bolt. |
4. To screw up a cooling system deaerator bolt. |
5. To fill in cooling liquid to the maximum level corresponding to the sign "MAX" on the tank case. |
6. Again to fill in cooling liquid in a broad tank to the MAX level. |
7. To screw up a stopper of a broad tank. |
8. To check tightness of connections of the cooling system. |
