3.2.1.4. The repair which is not demanding removal of the engine

3.2.1.4.1. Removal and installation of a turbocompressor

GENERAL INFORMATION

Turbocompressor

1 – turbocompressor,

2 – the pipeline of supply of oil to a turbocompressor,

3 – a returnable oil pipeline from a turbocompressor,

4 – the pipeline of supply of compressed air to an inlet collector,

5 – pipeline of a conclusion of exhaust gases,

6 – output valve

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To lift the car.
3. Having sprayed means for removal of a rust, to unscrew three nuts of fastening of the final pipeline of exhaust gases to a turbocompressor flange.
4. To disconnect from the block of cylinders of the engine the returnable pipeline of oil from a turbocompressor. For this purpose it is necessary to weaken two buckles and, turning, to take the pipeline up, towards a turbocompressor.
5. To lower the car.
6. To disconnect from the air filter and from a turbocompressor the air duct. To cut a hook from artificial material and to take the air supply pipeline from a bracket on a radiator casing.
7. To disconnect the elastic pipeline of system of ventilation of a case of the engine from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
8. To unscrew two bolts of fastening of a metal part of the pipeline of ventilation of a case of the engine from an inlet collector.
9. To remove the air supply pipeline to a turbocompressor.
10. To disconnect a bend of the pipeline of air supply from an inlet collector. To muffle traffic jams open openings in a turbocompressor.
11. To remove the oil pipeline going from a turbocompressor to the oil heater.
12. Having sprayed means for removal of a rust, to unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening of a final collector to a head of the block of cylinders of the engine.
13. To remove an inlet collector and a turbocompressor from a head of the block of cylinders of the engine.
14. To remove laying of an inlet collector.
15. To unscrew three nuts of fastening of a turbocompressor and to disconnect it from a final collector.
16. To unscrew four nuts of fastening of a final flange to a turbocompressor and to take a flange together with laying.

Installation

Prevention

For fastening of a final collector and a turbocompressor it is always necessary to use new nuts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On a final collector to establish a knee together with new laying. To put the clamps of fastening and to tighten them the corresponding moment.
2. On a final collector to establish new laying of a flange of a turbocompressor.
3. To establish a turbocompressor on a final collector and to tighten nuts of fastening of a turbocompressor the corresponding moment.
4. To put on new laying of a final collector a head of the block of cylinders.
5. To attach the union of a returnable oil pipeline to a turbocompressor and to pull on it the elastic pipeline.
6. To insert an inlet collector and a strut from artificial material. To establish bolts and nuts, but not to tighten them.
7. To put on an elastic returnable oil pipeline the union of the block of cylinders of the engine and to record both ends of this pipeline collars.
8. To tighten bolts and nuts of a final collector the corresponding moment in three stages (see subsection 3.2.1.2.9).
9. To perform other operations in the sequence of the return in relation to removal process.
