3.2.1.4.2. Removal of a head of the block of cylinders

GENERAL INFORMATION

Head of the block of cylinders


1 – vortex combustion chamber,

2 – laying of a head of the block of cylinders,

3 – an arm with an eye for raising of the engine,

4 – oil pressure sensor,

5 – rod of the drive of the vacuum pump,

6 – head of the block of cylinders,

7 – laying of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders,

8 – cover of a head of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To merge the cooling system (see subsection 3.2.1.11).
3. To disconnect the air supply pipeline to a turbocompressor, the elastic pipeline of system of ventilation of a case of the engine from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and the air supply pipeline between the air filter and a casing of a radiator (the pipeline is put on on the union).
4. To disconnect all elastic pipelines of the cooling system from a head of the block of cylinders.
5. To disconnect the vacuum pipeline of the amplifier of brakes and the pipeline of return of oil from the vacuum pump.
6. To disconnect electric wires from glow plugs, the sensor of pressure of oil, the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid and a thermoswitch of the fan of a radiator.
7. To disconnect fuel return pipelines from nozzles.
8. To disconnect injection pipelines from the fuel pump and nozzles.
9. To disconnect a thermostat cover from a head of the block of cylinders.
10. To disconnect fuel-supply lines from the pump and the fuel filter.
11. To disconnect the vacuum pipeline from an inlet collector.
12. To disconnect oil pipelines from a turbocompressor and the oil pump.
13. To disconnect a turbocompressor from a final collector.
14. To disconnect the bracket supporting a forward exhaust pipe from a transmission cross-piece.
15. To disconnect a returnable oil pipeline from a turbocompressor and the block of cylinders of the engine.
16. To take off maple driving belts of the pump of cooling liquid and the generator.
17. To unscrew a fastening bolt on the left side of the lower casing of the drive of system of gas distribution.
18. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of the top casing of the drive of system of gas distribution on the right side in order that it could be taken.
19. To remove three spring hooks of the top casing of the drive of system of gas distribution, to take bolts of fastening and to lower a casing down.
20. To take from the block of cylinders, at height of a pulley of a bent shaft, a stopper of a control opening of a mandrel for installation of a bent shaft.
21. To turn a bent shaft so that the cut of a pulley of the fuel pump was in a 12 hours position.
22. To install in the block of cylinders a mandrel (1) for installation of a bent shaft in the provision of VMT of the piston 1. cylinder.
23. To rotate a bent shaft counterclockwise to its emphasis in a mandrel.
24. To shoot a video of the tension device of a gear belt of the drive of system of gas distribution, and then a gear belt.
25. To remove the passive pulley (increasing a corner of coverage of a gear belt) and a back casing of the drive of system of gas distribution.
26. To unscrew nozzles.
27. To uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
28. To unscrew ten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders in the sequence of the return to their tightening (cm. rice. Sequence of tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders).
29. To remove a head of the block of cylinders.
