3.2.1.3.1. Fuel filter

GENERAL INFORMATION

System of injection of fuel

1 – fuel pump,
2 – proofreader of an advancing of injection of the cold engine,
3 – fuel dose regulator,
4 – electromagnetic valve of switching off
engine (STOP valve),
5 – injection pipelines,
6 – nozzle,
7 – fuel return pipeline,
8 – washer of thermal isolation,
9 – glow plug

Knot of the fuel filter


1 – the replaced filter element,
2 – filter arm,
3 – drain bolt,
4 – the pipeline connecting the filter to the fuel pump

Knot of the air filter

 
1 – filter case,
2 – the replaced filter element,
3 – filter cover,
4 – an air supply branch pipe to the filter,
5 – an air supply branch pipe to a turbocompressor

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Under the fuel filter to establish capacity for the following fuel.
3. To unscrew an average bolt of fastening of the fuel filter, holding the filter and a glass settler.
4. To take the replaced element of the fuel filter.
5. To take laying of round section and laying of the top and lower part of the case of the filter.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish new laying of round section of the replaced element of the fuel filter and new laying of both parts of the case of the filter.
2. To insert the replaced element of the filter and a settler, to slightly screw in an average bolt and, having convinced that all elements are on the places, to tighten an average bolt.
3. To unscrew a bolt of removal of air from the filter and to pump up the manual pump until the following fuel contains vials of air.
4. To tighten a bolt of removal of air from the filter.
5. To connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
6. To start the engine and to check tightness of connections.
7. To remove the container with the flowed-out fuel.
