3.2.1.5. Removal and installation of the engine

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To remove a cowl.
3. To merge the cooling system (see subsection 3.2.1.11).
4. To disconnect the air supply pipeline to a turbocompressor, the elastic pipeline of ventilation of a case of the engine from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and the air supply pipeline between the air filter and a casing of a radiator (the pipeline is dressed on fastening tips).
5. To disconnect all elastic pipelines of the cooling system from the engine.
6. To disconnect from a head of the block of cylinders and from a thermostat cover the pipelines of cooling liquid connected to a broad tank of the cooling system.
7. To cut clips of fastening of an electric wire of the sensor of pressure of oil.
8. To disconnect an accelerator pedal cable from the lever of the fuel pump and from an arm.
9. To disconnect pipelines of supply of fuel from the filter and the fuel pump, and then the returnable pipeline from the fuel pump.
10. To disconnect the vacuum pipeline from the vacuum pump.
11. To disconnect sockets of electric wires from the following elements: the generator, the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid, the sensor of pressure of oil, a thermoswitch of the fan of a radiator, the electromagnetic valve of switching off of the engine (STOP valve), the proofreader of an advancing of injection of fuel of the cold engine and the thermal switch of the automatic device of the accelerated idling of the cold engine.
12. To cut clips of fastening of a plait of wires to the left arm of an engine mount and to remove a plait of wires from the engine.
13. To disconnect the electric socket from the radiator fan.
14. To remove the radiator fan together with a radiator casing.
15. To unscrew the top right bolts of connection of the engine with the transmission.
16. To remove collars of fastening of the plug of the stabilizer of a forward suspension bracket to a body (four bolts).
17. To disconnect an exhaust pipe from a turbocompressor.
18. To disconnect the bracket supporting a forward exhaust pipe from a transmission cross-piece.
19. To disconnect sockets of electric wires from a starter.
20. To remove a starter.
21. To unscrew from an engine mount beam on one nut of fastening of the left and right elastic support of an engine mount.
22. To disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of lamps of a backing, and then to remove a bracket with an electric wire of the switch of lamps of a backing.
23. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a sheet partition of a case of coupling.
24. To disconnect the end of a cable of coupling from coupling switching off forks.
25. To unscrew all other bolts of connection of the engine with the transmission.
26. By means of a jack to prop up the transmission.
27. By means of a waist to suspend the engine for brackets for rise, to disconnect the engine from the transmission (before emergence of an end face of a main shaft) and to take the engine from above from a motor compartment of the car.

Installation
Prevention

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To slightly oil an end face of a main shaft of the transmission.
2. To carefully lower the engine in a motor compartment of the car, to insert a main shaft of the transmission into a clutch plate nave. Using two bolts of fastening of a case of coupling to the engine (located as it is possible further from each other), to connect the engine and the transmission.
3. To lower a little the engine and to insert bolts of elastic support of an engine mount into openings in an engine mount cross-piece.
4. To remove таль on which the engine, and the jack supporting from below the transmission was suspended.
5. To insert and tighten the corresponding moment the bolts connecting the engine to the transmission. To connect a wire of weight and to fix a bracket with a wire of the switch of lamps of a backing.
6. To establish a sheet partition of a case of coupling, tightening fastening bolts.
7. To connect the electric socket to the switch of lamps of a backing.
8. To fix two elastic support of an engine mount to an engine mount cross-piece.
9. To establish a starter together with an arm.
10. To connect sockets of electric wires to a starter.
11. To connect the end of a cable of management to coupling switching off forks.
12. To screw an exhaust pipe on a turbocompressor flange.
13. To screw the bracket supporting a forward exhaust pipe on a transmission cross-piece.
14. To establish collars of fastening of the plug of the stabilizer of a forward suspension bracket to a body (four bolts).
15. To install the radiator fan together with a radiator casing.
16. To connect the socket of electric wires of the engine of the fan of a radiator.
17. To connect all sockets of electric wires and by means of a latch to fix a plait to the left arm of an engine mount.
18. To connect the vacuum pipeline to the vacuum pump.
19. To connect fuel-supply lines to the fuel filter and the fuel pump, having established new copper washers.
20. To connect an accelerator pedal cable to the fuel pump.
21. To connect elastic pipelines of a heating system of interior of the car to a head of the block of cylinders and to the oil heater.
22. To connect to a head of the block of cylinders and to a thermostat cover the elastic pipeline from a broad tank of the cooling system.
23. To attach by means of a latch an electric wire of the sensor of pressure of oil to the elastic pipeline.
24. To connect two lower elastic pipelines from a radiator to the pump of cooling liquid and the oil heater.
25. To insert a branch pipe between the air filter and the top casing of a radiator; to connect air supply pipelines to a turbocompressor and pipelines of ventilation of the engine.
26. To connect a wire of mass of the car to the accumulator.
27. To fill in the corresponding amount of oil in the engine.
28. To fill the engine cooling system.
29. To remove air from fuel system.
30. To remove air from the cooling system.
31. To establish a cowl.
32. To check the maximum speed and speed of idling of the engine. In case of need to adjust them.

33. To check tightness of connections of fuel system and the cooling system.
