Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Adjustment of the maximum speed
1. To check whether the pedal of an accelerator and elements transferring its movement freely move.
2. To start the engine and to warm up it up to the normal working temperature.
3. To bring the engine to the maximum speed.

Prevention

It is impossible to exceed the most admissible speed of the engine; the engine on the maximum speed has to be no more than 5 seconds.


4. If the maximum speed differs from recommended (see subsection 3.2.1.2.1), then it is necessary to adjust by means of an adjusting bolt 1 (see rice. Adjustment of the fuel pump).
5. To check time of reduction of speed from maximum before idling (no more than 5 seconds). If this time is more, then it is necessary to execute adjustment of the idling and a residual expense preventing switching off of the engine.
Adjustment of idling and residual expense
6. To establish a plate 4 mm thick between a bolt (3) adjustments of the residual expense (preventing switching off of the engine) and the lever (2) accelerators (a fuel dosage) (see rice. Adjustment of the fuel pump).
7. To establish a plate 20 mm thick between the lever (5) (see rice. Adjustment of the fuel pump) of idling and restrictive bolt.
8. To establish the provision of a restrictive bolt of adjustment of a residual expense so that the speed of the engine made 900±100 rpm.
9. To take a plate 20 mm thick. The lever of idling has to return to contact with an adjustment bolt.
10. To take a plate 4 mm thick.
To establish the provision of a bolt of adjustment of idling so that the speed of the engine made 870±20 rpm.
To check behavior of the engine at a sharp otpuskaniye of a pedal of an accelerator. If time of reduction of speed too big, or too small and the engine stops, then it is necessary to repeat adjustment.
If the engine all the same stops, then it is necessary to tighten on 1/4 turns a bolt of adjustment of a residual expense in case of too slow reduction of speed of the engine or to unscrew on 1/4 turns in case of too bystry reduction of speed of the engine.

Prevention

It is not necessary to tighten or unscrew this bolt more than on 1/4 turns.



Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To unhook spring hooks of fastening of the top casing of the drive of system of gas distribution.
3. To install the car on the stationary elevator.
4. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of the lower casing of a gear belt, then to weaken the second bolt and to turn around the weakened bolt a casing down.
5. To lower the car and to remove the top casing of the drive of system of gas distribution.
6. To designate the provision of a cable of a pedal of an accelerator on the lever of the fuel pump and to unhook from it a cable. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of the lever and to take a cable.
7. To disconnect the socket of an electric wire from the proofreader of an advancing of injection of the cold engine.
8. To disconnect sockets of pipelines of injection and sockets of pipelines of return and the proofreader of a dose of fuel from the pump (to close openings the corresponding traffic jams or caps).
9. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a bracket of the lower arm of the fuel pump. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a bracket to the block of cylinders of the engine.
10. To disconnect the socket of electric wires of the electromagnetic valve of switching off of the engine (STOP valve).
11. To carefully disconnect the vacuum pipeline between the valve of correction of pressure of a turbocompressor and an inlet collector.
12. To take off a driving belt of the generator.
13. To take from the block of cylinders of the engine a cap of a control opening for installation of the piston of 1 cylinder in VMT.
14. To disconnect pipelines: fuel, returnable and corrections of pressure of a turbocompressor.
15. By means of the corresponding key to turn a pulley of a bent shaft clockwise so that to install the fuel pump in a 12 hours position, and a cam-shaft cut in a 8 hours position.
16. To turn a bent shaft of the engine counterclockwise so that to install the fuel pump in a 11 hours position.
17. To screw up against the stop a mandrel (1) for installation of the piston of 1 cylinder in VMT (see rice. The mandrel sizes for installation of a bent shaft in the provision of VMT).
18. To weaken a bolt (2) fastenings of a roller of the tension device of a gear belt of the drive of the fuel pump, to weaken a gear belt and to tighten a bolt of fastening of a roller of the tension device. To unscrew three bolts (1) of fastening of a pulley of the fuel pump.
19. To take off a gear belt and a pulley of the fuel pump.
20. To remove the fuel pump from the block of cylinders of the engine.

Installation


Prevention

At installation of the new fuel pump it is necessary to take a stopper (cap), the closing openings of fuel pipelines and to pour in the pump diesel fuel for simplification of removal of air from it.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check whether there is in a control opening sideways of the block of cylinders of the engine a mandrel for installation of the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT.
2. By means of the corresponding adaptation to install an opening in a pulley of the drive of the fuel pump opposite to an opening in its case.
3. By means of bolts of Torx to attach a forward part of the case of the fuel pump to the block of cylinders of the engine.
4. After extraction of adjusting adaptation to establish a pulley on a flange of the drive of the fuel pump and to slightly screw up bolts of fastening of a pulley.
5. To arrange the device for installation of the fuel pump in a pulley and to be convinced that it entered an opening of a flange of the drive of the fuel pump.
6. To establish bolts of fastening of a pulley on average the provision of openings in a pump drive pulley.
7. To put on a gear belt a pulley of the fuel pump.
8. To weaken a bolt of fastening of a roller of the tension device.
9. After automatic movement of the tension device (under the influence of a spring) to tighten a bolt of fastening of a roller of the tension device.
10. To tighten bolts of fastening of a pulley of the fuel pump the corresponding moment.
11. To take an adjusting mandrel and adaptation from a pulley of the pump and the block of cylinders of the engine.
12. To turn a bent shaft of the engine on two whole revolutions and to establish an opening of adjusting adaptation of the fuel pump in a 12 hours position, and a cam-shaft – in a 8 hours position.
13. To turn a bent shaft of the engine counterclockwise and to establish an opening of adjusting adaptation of the fuel pump in a 11 hours position.
14. To establish in a control opening of the block of cylinders of the engine a mandrel for installation of the piston 1. the cylinder in VMT and to screw up it against the stop.
15. To carefully rotate a bent shaft of the engine until it rests against the adjusting mandrel which is screwed up in an opening of the block of cylinders.
16. To insert adjusting devices of the fuel pump.
17. If it is impossible to insert the device for installation of the fuel pump in a flange of the drive of the fuel pump, then it is necessary to weaken bolts of fastening of a pulley of its drive and to turn a pulley concerning a flange so that adjusting adaptation could be screwed up against the stop.
18. To tighten bolts of fastening of a driving pulley of the fuel pump and again to check installation of a shaft of the pump.
19. To take all adjusting devices and a mandrel and to insert a stopper into a control opening of the block of cylinders of the engine.
20. To install a bracket of a back arm in the fuel pump and to tighten bolts of its fastening the corresponding moment. To check correctness of fastening of the fuel pump.
21. To screw on the pump sockets of fuel pipelines (injection, return, supply of fuel and the regulator of a dose of fuel).
22. To connect an accelerator pedal cable according to the designation executed in the course of its detachment.
23. To connect sockets of electric wires of the electromagnetic valve of switching off of the engine (STOP valve) and the proofreader of an advancing of injection of the cold engine.
24. To establish the top casing of a gear belt of the drive of system of gas distribution.
25. To lift the car, to turn up the lower casing of a gear belt of the drive of system of gas distribution, to insert a bolt of fastening and to tighten it and the bolt serving as an axis of rotation of a casing.
26. To put on a driving belt of the generator and to pull it.
27. To lower the car and to tighten a bolt of fastening of the top casing of the drive of system of gas distribution.
28. To remove air from fuel system.
