4.2.11.3.4. Further assembly of the engine
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a pulley of a bent shaft.
2. To eliminate traces of oil or lubricant on a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft, a washer and from the surface of connection of a pulley and a washer.
3. To apply 3 drops of Frenetanch glue on a carving in an opening of a bent shaft.
4. To tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft the corresponding moment.
5. To establish a head of the block of cylinders of the engine (see subsection 4.2.11.1.1).
6. To establish coupling (see subsection 5.2).
7. To install the fuel pump and to adjust the injection moment (see subsection 4.2.9).
8. To establish:
  – a cover of a head of the block of cylinders together with new laying (to paste laying to a cover, to tighten nuts the moment of 3 Nanometers);
  – the thermostat of the regulator of the increased speed of the cold engine together with new copper laying and to tighten its moment 22,5 Nanometers;
  – glow plugs, their electric wire and current tire; to tighten candles the moment of 50 Nanometers;
  – fuel supply pipelines;
  – the generator together with the holder of the tension device;
  – the holder of an oil filter together with new laying;
  – the pipeline of supply of oil to an axis of levers of valves.
9. To attach a forward exhaust pipe to a final collector
10. To install tension devices of maple belts, the auxiliary pump of system of steering, the vacuum pump and the fan of a radiator.
11. To put on and pull maple belts.
12. To measure a gap of the drive of the oil pump.
