GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal of air from fuel system

And – the deaerator,

Р – button of the manual fuel pump,

V – bolt of fastening of a settler

This procedure needs to be carried out surely in the following cases:

  – detachments of the fuel pipeline;
  – zavozdushivaniye of a fuel contour of the fuel pump;
  – switching off of the engine in the absence of fuel in the fuel tank;
  – replacements of the fuel filter.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To weaken fastening of the deaerator (A) of the filter and a bolt (5 – see rice. System of injection of fuel) of the coupling of the pipeline of supply of fuel to the fuel pump.

2. Under the deaerator and the coupling of the pipeline to substitute capacity.

3. In the engines equipped with the manual fuel pump with a shaped polygonal head to unscrew a head of the manual fuel pump.

4. To press the button of the manual pump until the fuel following from the deaerator does not contain vials of air.

5. To tighten the deaerator of the fuel filter.

6. To press the button of the manual pump until the fuel following from under a bolt of the coupling of the weakened pipeline of supply of fuel to the fuel pump does not contain vials of air and immediately to tighten a bolt of the coupling of this pipeline.

7. To stop fuel supply when the button of the pump begins to show strong resistance. In the engines equipped with the manual fuel pump with a shaped head to tighten a hand a head of the fuel pump.

8. In case injection pipelines were replaced (or unscrewed), it is necessary to weaken nuts of their fastening to nozzles, to press an accelerator pedal against the stop and to include a starter until from under pipelines with the weakened fastening fuel begins to pour out.

9. To screw pipelines of supply of fuel on nozzles and to start the engine.

10. To check tightness of all connections of fuel pipelines.
