Check on the engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To be convinced that the engine is serviceable and the level of a compression is identical in all cylinders.
2. To start the engine and прогрейть it up to the working temperature.
3. To weaken a fuel-supply line union nut on the checked nozzle. To note whether engine turns changed. To make the same check on accelerated single to the course.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the air filter.
2. To clear fuel-supply lines of high pressure, to unscrew cap nuts on the fuel pump and to protect them from pollution.
3. To unscrew fuel-supply lines from nozzles and to close them.
4. To unscrew nozzles a face key and to take out copper sealing rings and the heat-insulating washers from openings.
5. To clamp the spray case in a vice with soft sponges, to sort a nozzle, and using the wooden tool to clear all details of a nozzle.
6. The nozzle needle under a body weight has to slide densely in a spray nest.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the new heat-insulating washers directed by camber up in a head of the block of cylinders.
2. To establish copper sealing rings.
