4.2.4.2. Adjustment of initial pressure of injection

GENERAL INFORMATION

Fuel dispersion torch

Initial pressure of injection is regulated by installation of laying under a spring. Increase in thickness of laying increases pressure of the beginning of injection, reduction – reduces. Change of thickness of laying approximately changes pressure of the beginning of injection upon 1 kg/cm2 to 0,01 mm.

Indispensable condition of work of a nozzle is quality of dispersion. The torch of dispersion has to be uniform on all cross section of a cone of dispersion, and dispersion has to be misty.

The beginning and the end of injection have to be accurate. At new nozzles the injection is followed by a sharp sound, At the working nozzles lack of this sound is not a malfunction sign.
