PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check a condition of a rod.
2. To observe the correct installation – deepenings at the bottom of the piston have to be directed to the same party, as designations on a rod and its cover (arrow).
3. To grease with a thin layer of engine oil a piston finger and to install it in the rod head plug.
4. To carefully establish the spring lock rings fixing a finger in the piston in piston flutes.
5. Using special adaptation, to install rings on pistons by the party designated by an inscription of "Torahs" towards a bottom. Rings are delivered being able ready to installation. Rings have to move freely in piston flutes, but without notable gap.
6. To arrange rings in piston flutes so that locks (cuts) of sealing rings were displaced from each other the opposite sides on a corner 120 ° concerning a section of an oil scraper ring.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Diameters of pistons and cylinders are divided into groups which are designated by the letters which are beaten out on the block of cylinders of the engine and day of the piston.
2. The cylinder and the piston interacting with it have to belong to one group of the choice (see rice. Designations of cylinders on the block of cylinders of the engine and pistons at their bottom).

Prevention

New blocks of cylinders of engines have cylinders with a diameter only of group "A" and "B".


3. To oil the surfaces of pistons and the internal surfaces of cylinders.
4. By means of the device for compression of rings to insert knots the piston – a rod into the corresponding cylinders.

Prevention

Deepening at the bottom of the piston has to be directed towards the fuel pump.


5. To press pistons deep into of cylinders.
6. To establish connecting rods and covers of rods (observing designations – see rice. Designation of a relative positioning of the piston, rod and its cover), to tighten nuts of bolts of fastening of covers of rods the moment of 60 Nanometers.
7. To measure resistance moment at rotation of a bent shaft by means of a dynamometer key.
8. To oil pushers and to insert them according to designations and into guides of the block of cylinders of the engine.
9. To install in the block of cylinders a cam-shaft and an intermediate plate together with new laying.
10. To install the drive of system of gas distribution (see subsection 4.2.11.3.3) and a casing of a driving chain of system of gas distribution together with new laying.
11. To grease bolts of a casing of a driving chain of system of gas distribution with the pressurizing Frenetanch paste and to tighten their moment 10 Nanometers.
12. To attach to the block of cylinders the oil pump so that the conical opening in a pump housing settled down opposite to an opening with a carving.
13. To delay the moment 22,5 Nanometers a bolt (with the conic termination) fastenings of the oil pump.
14. To establish a copper washer and to tighten a nut with the moment of 30 Nanometers muffled by an opening.
15. To establish an original adjusting washer and to carefully tighten a stopper with a carving.
16. To install the oil pallet. To delay the moment 3 Nanometers a drain stopper with new laying.
