4.2.11.1.1. Removal and installation

GENERAL INFORMATION

Sequence of tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders

Removal

Prevention

At removal of a head of the block of cylinders the engine has to be cold (it is necessary to wait 6 hours after switching off of the engine). To disconnect a wire of weight from the accumulator and to remove the air filter.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a sheet casing from below of the engine, to merge cooling liquid (having substituted the corresponding capacity). To disconnect cooling system hoses: lower from a radiator and top from the pump.

2. To disconnect pipelines from a broad tank of the cooling system, from a head of the block of cylinders, from a heating system of salon and the vacuum pipeline from the vacuum pump.

3. To disconnect a wire and the current tire from glow plugs, and also other electric wires.

4. To disconnect a cable of adjustment of idling from a head of the block of cylinders of the engine.

5. To disconnect pipelines of injection of fuel and the return pipelines from nozzles, to unscrew nozzles and glow plugs from a head of the block of cylinders.

6. To remove the vacuum pump together with a driving maple belt and to remove the generator.

7. To disconnect a frame of fastening of the generator from an inlet collector and to take off maple a belt.

8. To disconnect from a head of the block of cylinders the pipeline of supply of oil and a forward exhaust pipe from a final collector.

9. To uncover heads of the block of cylinders and an axis of levers of valves.

10. To take cores of pushers.

11. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders in the sequence of the return sequence of their tightening.

12. To remove a head of the block of cylinders together with collectors: inlet and final.

13. To remove laying of a head.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To carefully clear laying prileganiye surfaces in the block of cylinders and a head, and also openings for bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. To screw up the aligning adjusting pins 21.083.
	3. To establish new laying of a head of the block of cylinders of the corresponding thickness (shooter), having checked the accuracy of its laying. To carefully establish a head, to screw up a hand bolts of fastening and to replace two aligning pins with two bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
4. To oil engine the ends of cores of pushers and to arrange them so that they interacted with the same pushers with which they worked before removal of a head of the block of cylinders. To establish laying of the pipeline of supply of oil and an axis of the lever of valves. To tighten bolts and nuts of holders of an axis of the lever of valves.
5. To tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, observing the sequence, the recommended moments and a method of their tightening (see subsection 4.2.1.5).
6. To adjust a gap of valves.
7. To screw up glow plugs.
8. To install the generator and to connect electric wires.
9. To establish nozzles and to connect their pipelines.
10. To connect hoses of the cooling system and to fill the cooling system (see subsection 4.2.11.5.2).
