Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To fix the engine on the corresponding bed.
2. To merge oil from the engine and to take the index of level of oil.
3. By means of the corresponding adaptation to unscrew an oil filter.
4. To unscrew bolts of fastening of the leading part of coupling, and then to remove a clutch plate.
5. To remove a flywheel.
6. To take off maple a belt of the drive of the generator and pump of cooling liquid, the generator and its holder.
7. To remove a damper of tortional fluctuations of a bent shaft by means of the corresponding stripper.
8. To uncover the distributor and to unscrew spark plugs.
9. To take the distributor of ignition and to unscrew the holder of wires of high voltage.
10. To uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
11. To uncover top and lower cardan chains of system of gas distribution.
12. To remove the tension device cardan chains of the oil pump.
13. To unscrew bolts of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump and to remove it together with a chain.
14. To disconnect the top guide cardan chains of system of gas distribution.
15. To unscrew two bolts of fastening of a side guide cardan chains of system of gas distribution.
16. To remove a spring clip of fastening of an axis of the tension device cardan chains of system of gas distribution.
17. To take an axis of the tension device cardan chains of system of gas distribution. by means of a bolt of M6x70 and the plug 15 mm long (see rice. Installation of gas distribution of the DOHC engine).
18. To remove the lever of the tension device of a chain.
19. To remove asterisks from cam-shafts.
20. To take the top guide of a chain (up).
21. To remove a double asterisk from a bent shaft.
22. To remove a driving chain of cam-shafts.
23. To take a pusher of the tension device of a chain.
24. To take two cam-shafts (designation of covers: "R" – a shaft of inlet valves, "L" – a shaft of final valves, numbers "1" – "5" – number of the bearing, reading out from the party of the drive of system of gas distribution).
25. To take hydraulic pushers of valves and to designate them so that in the course of assembly they could be established in those guides with which they interacted.
Prevention

At extraction of pushers from guides it is impossible to use magnets as they can cause the wrong functioning of the valve in a pusher.


26. To remove rigid removals of air of the pipeline under a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
27. To unscrew bolts of a head of the block of cylinders, unscrewing at first three forward bolts of M8, and then M11 bolts upside-down in relation to their screwing up (see rice. Sequence of tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders of the DOHC engine), having originally weakened them half way.
28. To unscrew bolts with a nest of Torx of fastening of the oil pump and to remove the oil pump.
29. To unscrew the sensor of pressure of oil and the sensor of provision of a bent shaft.
30. To remove the oil pallet after unscrewing of bolts of its fastening.
31. To remove the mesh filter of an oil receiver of the oil pump and a partition of the oil pallet (the oil deflector).
32. To remove forward and back sealing rings of a bent shaft.
33. To check designations of covers of radical bearings, to unscrew bolts of their fastening and to uncover together with their inserts.
34. To take a bent shaft. To pay attention not to damage the gear sensor of impulses interacting with the sensor of provision of a bent shaft.
35. To take from the average bearing a persistent half ring of a bent shaft and inserts of radical bearings from the block of cylinders and to designate them as appropriate.
