Replacement cardan chains of system of gas distribution

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To take off maple a belt of the drive of the generator and pump of cooling liquid.
3. In the carburetor engine to remove the air filter.
4. In the version with injection of fuel to remove the air supply pipeline from the filter to the case of a butterfly valve.
5. To remove wires of high voltage, to unscrew spark plugs, a cover of the distributor of ignition and a rotor of the distributor.
6. To disconnect the pipeline of ventilation of a case from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
7. To disconnect an accelerator pedal cable. In the carburetor the engine to unscrew a cable of a butterfly valve together with the holder, and in the engine with injection of fuel to disconnect draft from the case of a butterfly valve after extraction from a clip from artificial material.
8. To uncover a head of the block of cylinders (11 bolts and 4 nuts).
9. To remove the ignition distributor.
10. To remove the top casing cardan chains of system of gas distribution.
11. To install the piston in the N1 cylinder in VMT.
Prevention

It is possible to turn a cap key for an average bolt of fastening of an asterisk a bent shaft in the direction of its working rotation until signs on asterisks of cam-shafts are established at height of the top plane of a head of the block of cylinders and in both cam-shafts are directed outside.


12. To unscrew a nut of fastening of an asterisk of a bent shaft.
13. By means of a stripper to remove an asterisk from a bent shaft. In case of need to remove also a radiator.
14. To remove the lower casing cardan chains of system of gas distribution.
15. To remove the tension device cardan chains of the oil pump.
16. To unscrew a bolt with a nest of Torx of fastening of an asterisk of the drive of the oil pump and to remove an asterisk together with a chain.
17. To remove, the held by a spring hook, top guide cardan chains of system of gas distribution.
18. To unscrew the top and lower bolts of a side guide cardan chains of system of gas distribution.
19. To remove a lock ring of the tension device, and then to remove the tension device cardan chains of system of gas distribution.
20. To take an axis of the tension device of a chain by means of a bolt of M6Ch70 and the plug 15 mm long.
21. To remove asterisks from both cam-shafts. To designate them that in the course of assembly to put on appropriate places.
22. To take up a side guide of a chain.
23. To remove an asterisk from a bent shaft.
24. To take up a driving chain of system of gas distribution.
25. To remove the tension device of a chain.
26. To remove a hydraulic pusher of the tension device of a chain.
Prevention

After removal cardan the chain cannot turn a bent shaft.


27. To sort a hydraulic pusher of the tension device and to merge oil.
28. By means of special adaptation 21.145 to collect the hydraulic pusher of the tension device filled with oil for the engine. For this purpose it is necessary to install the pusher case by the flat party on a workbench, and on it adaptation plug a cone up. To install the pusher piston on the plug and to squeeze everything together adaptation lever which makes a characteristic sound after a dozhatiya against the stop (in the lowest situation).
29. To check whether there is a piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT (the flute of a bent shaft is directed down).
30. To put on a chain a bent shaft. To check correctness of connection with a bent shaft.
31. To establish a side guide of a chain.
32. To establish a hydraulic pusher of the tension device of a chain.
33. To install the tension device of a chain.
34. To insert the tension device of a chain together with a lock ring.
35. To establish cam-shafts in the situation shown on rice. Installation of gas distribution of the DOHC engine – shponochny flutes of both shaft have to be directed horizontally outside of a head of the block of cylinders.
36. To put on a driving chain of system of gas distribution asterisks of cam-shafts.
37. To establish on asterisk cam-shafts together with a chain so that the designated link of a chain settled down opposite to a sign on an asterisk of a bent shaft (see the lower part rice. Installation of gas distribution of the DOHC engine).
Prevention

In installation time of asterisks the driving chain has to be tense from the opposite side of the tension device.


38. To put on ignition distributor drive elements the forward end of a cam-shaft of inlet valves.
39. To turn a bent shaft on several turns (in the working direction).
40. To install the piston in the N1 cylinder in VMT and to check whether shponochny flutes of asterisks of cam-shafts are established horizontally outside of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. Installation of gas distribution of the DOHC engine).
41. To establish the top guide of a chain.
42. To put on a driving chain of the oil pump an asterisk on cranked to a shaft, and then to establish an asterisk (with the chain which is put on on it) on a shaft of the oil pump, paying attention that the inscription "FRONT" on an asterisk was on outer side it (was visible).
43. To install the tension device cardan to a chain of the oil pump.
44. To establish an asterisk groove according to a flute of a bent shaft.
45. To establish the lower casing cardan to a chain of system of gas distribution together with new laying, to screw up bolts of its fastening, but not to tighten them.
46. To put on a pulley a bent shaft and to tighten a nut of its fastening the corresponding moment.
47. To tighten bolts of fastening of the lower casing cardan chains of system of gas distribution the corresponding moment.
48. To perform further operations in the return sequence in relation to removal process, paying attention on:
       – installation of new laying of the top casing cardan chains of system of gas distribution;
        – the correct sequence of tightening of bolts of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, starting with extreme, and finishing on averages;
        – observance of the necessary moments of tightening of the respective threaded connections;
        – filling by liquid and removal of air from the engine cooling system after the end of installation;
        – check of control parameters of idling of the engine.
