GENERAL INFORMATION

Adjustment of idling of the Weber carburetor

1 – screw of adjustment of speed of the engine,

2 – casing of the screw of adjustment of composition of mix

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To warm up the engine up to the normal working temperature.

2. To connect the analyzer of exhaust gases and a tachometer according to indications of the instruction for their application.

3. To keep the speed of 3000 rpm within about 30 seconds, and then to release an accelerator pedal. To wait before installation of indications of the analyzer.

4. To check the speed of idling of the engine. In case of need to adjust engine speed by means of the screw (1).

5. To read indications of concentration WITH in exhaust gases. If concentration WITH small then to remove a casing of the screw of adjustment of composition of mix (2) and to adjust this screw concentration FROM idling engine.

6. To repeatedly check the speed of idling of the engine and to adjust in case of need.
