Identification of covers of radical and conrod bearings

1–5 – covers of radical bearings,

6 – covers of conrod bearings

Designation of the basis and cover of a rod is given in a circle.

Diameters of nests of radical bearings

The nominal sizes – without designations.

The repair sizes of +0,10 mm – designation by white paint on covers of radical bearings.

Radical necks

The nominal sizes – without designations.

The repair sizes of-0,25 mm – designation by green paint on a shoulder of the next knee, to a radical neck of the reduced diameter.

Conrod necks

The nominal sizes – without designations.
The repair sizes of-0,25 mm – the color sign executed on a shoulder of the next knee to a radical neck of the reduced diameter.

Prevention

Bent shafts in which both necks and inserts radical, and conrod, have the reduced sizes are designated by two color signs.

Connecting rods

Connecting rods of the repair sizes are designated on an external surface.
