4.1.14. Cooling system

4.1.14.1. Discharge of liquid and filling of the cooling system

Discharge of cooling liquid

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. To place under the car pure capacity for discharge of cooling liquid from the cooling system.
3. To unscrew a discharge stopper in the block of cylinders and to disconnect the lower elastic pipeline from a radiator.

Filling of the cooling system

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To screw up a discharge stopper in the block of cylinders and to connect the lower elastic pipeline to a radiator.
2. To fill the cooling system through a jellied opening of a broad tank with the recommended amount of cooling liquid.
3. To connect the accumulator.
4. To start the engine and to allow it to work with the speed of the accelerated idling before opening of the valve of the thermostat.
5. To switch off the engine and to check tightness of connections of the cooling system.
6. After cooling of the engine to check and in case of need to add the level of cooling liquid.
