Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a wire of weight from the accumulator and to merge liquid from the cooling system.

2. To remove a radiator and the fan.

3. To disconnect the elastic pipeline conducting to a heater from the pump of cooling liquid.

4. To remove a casing of a gear belt.

5. To remove the elastic pipeline of cooling liquid between the pump of the cooling zhtdkost and a radiator.

6. To unscrew 3 bolts of fastening of the pump of cooling liquid and to completely take the pump.

Repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a pump drive pulley by means of a press.

2. To take from a pump housing pump shaft knot with consolidation, the precision bearing and a rotor.

3. To remove a sealant from a shaft of the pump and to take the precision bearing from a pump housing.

4. By means of a ring and a shaft of the corresponding diameter and length to move a pump pulley nave on a pump shaft so that the end of a shaft acted on 1,5 mm over an external surface of a nave.

5. To install a new sealant on a shaft of the pump and in deepening in the case.

6. To establish on a pump shaft its rotor so that the gap between its blades and a pump housing made 0,8 mm.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To clear the surfaces of connection of a pump housing and the block of cylinders of the engine.
2. To install the pump together with new laying on the block of cylinders.
3. To establish a casing of a gear belt.
4. To connect the elastic pipelines connecting the pump to a radiator and the heater to the pump of cooling liquid.
5. To establish a radiator and the fan.
	6. To adjust a tension of a maple belt (1 – a bolt of the tension device, And – a belt deflection (And = 10 mm)).
7. To fill the cooling system, to connect the accumulator and to check tightness and functioning of the cooling system. In case of need to add the level of cooling liquid.
