Flywheel

The flywheel is fixed on a flange of a bent shaft by six bolts.

Intermediate shaft

The intermediate shaft is located in a forward part of the block of cylinders, on the left side. Provides the ignition distributor drive, and also oil and fuel pumps.

Axial gap – 0,050–0,204 mm.

Rods

Rods are shaped from steel and in section the dvutavrovy profile has them. The piston finger is pressed in a rod head.

Pistons

Pistons are manufactured of light alloy, without flutes on the carrying-out part, with the filled-in invarny ring limiting thermal errors of the sizes. In the top part there are three flutes for piston rings. The axis of an opening of a piston finger is displaced concerning a piston axis. Pistons are delivered in sets together with fingers and rods.

Installation method: the arrow at the bottom of the piston has to be directed towards a forward part of the engine (towards the drive of system of gas distribution).

Piston fingers

The fingers made of alloy of steel and subjected to thermal treatment are pressed in heads of rods (hot installation at a temperature of head of 250 ° –300 °C) and turn in piston naves.

Arrangement of locks of rings:

 – sealing – on 150 ° (to the opposite sides) concerning the lock of an oil scraper ring;
 – oil scraper – the lock of the holding apart spring is put according to the direction of an arrow at the bottom of the piston; locks of the top and lower plates are installed on 25 mm from the direction of an arrow to the right and to the left.
