3.1.4.7.5. Assembly of the transmission

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To insert an axis of forks of 1-2 transfers on the coupling of sliding of the synchronizer of 1-2 transfers on secondary to a shaft.
2. To make intermediate and secondary shaft and to hold this knot by means of a rubber bandage.
3. To establish an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing so that its ring thickening was directed towards a main shaft.
4. By means of the following rubber bandage to hold this knot.
5. To arrange all knot in a transmission case.
6. To put on a secondary shaft a driving gear wheel of a speedometer together with the remote plug.
7. To check whether the intermediate shaft in a case is correctly established. To finalize its situation by means of adaptation 16.042.
8. To insert a back bolt of fastening of an axis of an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing and to screw up it a hand.
9. To remove a gear wheel of the drive of a speedometer and the remote plug.
10. To insert a magnet into a transmission case.
11. To remove a rubber bandage.
12. To insert forks of 3-4 transfers, directing an undercut down, and then forks of the 5th transfer and transfer of a backing.
13. To insert an axis of forks of 3-4 transfers, the 5th transfer and transfer of a backing.
14. To establish a coupling case on a transmission case, inserting three struts 25 mm long between the planes of connection of both cases.
15. To grease the planes of connection with the pressurizing paste.
16. To take three struts and to connect a case by means of adaptation 16.041.
17. To insert two bolts connecting both cases into openings and carefully finally to connect them.
18. To insert other eight connecting bolts and to tighten all bolts the corresponding moment.
19. To install the remote plug and a gear wheel of a speedometer on a secondary shaft.
20. By means of the plug of the corresponding diameter to establish a new sealing ring of a flange of connection of the forward hinge of the driveshaft.
21. To establish a flange of connection of the forward hinge of the driveshaft on a secondary shaft.
22. To put the new clamp of fastening of a flange on the back end of a secondary shaft, having greased at first a surface of a carving of a nut with the pressurizing paste. After fixing of a flange of connection of the forward hinge of the driveshaft to tighten a nut the corresponding moment.
23. To grease with the pressurizing paste a selector stopper bolt carving, to screw up a bolt and to tighten it the corresponding moment.
Prevention

The pressurizing paste should not get in the transmission.


24. To press against the stop in a case the selector stopper plug.
25. To establish a ball, a pusher and a spring of a stopper of the selector.
26. To grease with the pressurizing paste a selector stopper stopper carving, to screw up a stopper in a case of coupling and to tighten it the corresponding moment.
27. To screw up a forward bolt of fastening of an axis of an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing in a coupling case and to tighten the corresponding moment both bolts (forward and back).
28. To establish a new adjusting spring ring on a main shaft.
29. To establish a new sealing ring of round section on the directing plug of the release bearing of coupling, to install the plug in a case of coupling and to tighten its bolts the corresponding moment.
30. To establish new laying of round section on a nut of the bearing of an intermediate shaft
31. To put the clamp of the bearing of an intermediate shaft in front of a case of coupling and to tighten its moment 15–20 Nanometers.
32. To designate the provision of a nut concerning a case of coupling and to unscrew it on 60 °.
33. To fuller two ledges located about this nut.
34. To check whether the bearing of an intermediate shaft leans on an adjusting nut. This nut should not be turned by a hand. Otherwise it is necessary to repeat the last three operations after unscrewing of a nut.
35. To establish a plate of fixing of a nut of the bearing of an intermediate shaft and to tighten a bolt of fastening of the fixing plate.
36. After imposing of a small amount of lubricant on vents of a main shaft and the directing plug of the release bearing of coupling to install on a main shaft the release bearing of coupling together with coupling switching off forks.
37. To screw up traffic jams of discharge of oil and to tighten them the corresponding moment.
38. To fill the transmission with necessary amount of the corresponding oil for transmissions.
