Control size of provision of an end face of the selector


Replacement of bearings

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. By means of an inertial stripper to take the bearing (3) (see rice. Shaft and gear wheels of the mechanical MT 75 transmission) a secondary shaft from a transmission case.
2. From a case of the transmission to remove an adjusting plate of the bearing of a secondary shaft.
3. By means of the plug of the corresponding diameter to beat out the ball bearing of a secondary shaft in a transmission case.
4. To remove an axis of forks of 1-2 transfers from a transmission case.
5. To remove a sealing ring from the main axis of the selector.
6. By means of the plug of the corresponding diameter to remove the needle bearing of the main axis of the selector from a transmission case.
Prevention

In case of replacement of a case of the transmission it is necessary to arrange the selector so that distance between its torets and the plane of a case (see rice. The control size of provision of an end face of the selector) 69 mm made.


7. By means of a core of the corresponding diameter to install the new needle bearing of the main axis of the selector from within a transmission case.
8. To establish a new sealing ring of the main axis of the selector in a transmission case.
9. To arrange a selector axis in a transmission case so that its valtsovany part was directed towards the condensed case plane.
10. By means of the corresponding core to press against the stop into a transmission case the needle bearing of an intermediate shaft.
11. By means of the corresponding core to press against the stop into a transmission case the ball bearing of a secondary shaft.
12. In a case of the transmission to establish a plate of installation of the bearing of a secondary shaft and to tighten bolts the corresponding moment.
13. By means of the plug of the corresponding sizes to remove in the direction of a forward part of a case of coupling the ball bearing from a main shaft.
14. To remove a spring adjusting ring of the needle bearing.
15. By means of the plug and the wooden hammer to beat out in the direction of a back part of a case of coupling the bearing from an intermediate shaft.
16. By means of a stripper to remove the needle bearing of the main axis of the selector from a coupling case.
17. To insert by means of a core the bearing of an intermediate shaft into a coupling case. It is not necessary to install the bearing against the stop, and it is necessary to leave distance of 2 mm from the coupling case flange plane.
18. To establish a new spring adjusting ring of the ball bearing.

19. By means of the plug to install the new bearing of a main shaft in a coupling case.


Check of an axis of a gear wheel of transfer of a backing

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. By means of the corresponding core to remove an adjusting pin of an axis of a gear wheel of transfer of a backing.
2. To remove the basic plug of the bearing, an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing and the needle bearing from an axis.
3. To check a condition of the taken elements.
4. To put on the needle bearing, an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing and the basic plug of the bearing an axis.
5. To establish a new adjusting pin.
6. By means of the screw-driver to take a sealing ring from the directing plug of the release bearing.
7. To establish a new sealing ring by means of a core of the corresponding diameter; the sealing edge has to be directed towards a core.

PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SHAFT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect primary and secondary shaft.
2. To remove a ring of the synchronizer of the 4th transfer and the bearing.
3. To remove a gear wheel of the 5th transfer, a ring of the synchronizer and the needle bearing from a secondary shaft.
4. To remove an adjusting spring ring of the synchronizer of 3-4 transfers from other end of a secondary shaft.
5. To remove knot from a secondary shaft: synchronizer (1) 3-4 of transfers, ring (2) synchronizers of the 3rd transfer, gear wheel (3) of the 3rd transfer and needle bearing (4).
Prevention

It is not necessary to disassemble synchronizers for saving the correct provision all of them details.


6. To remove from a secondary shaft a gear wheel (1) of the 2nd transfer, the needle bearing (2) and a ring of the synchronizer of the 2nd transfer (3).
7. To turn a secondary shaft and to remove an adjusting spring ring of the synchronizer of the 5th transfer and transfer of a backing.
8. To remove from a secondary shaft of a gear wheel (1) of the 5th transfer, a ring of the synchronizer (2) of the 5th transfer and the needle bearing (3).

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Teeths of gear wheels and synchronizers should not be erose or too worn-out, and surfaces of teeths should not have traces of zadir.
2. It is necessary to check whether naves of synchronizers are erose and whether there is their movement without excessive gaps and jammings.
3. The needle bearing should be replaced if there are obvious scratches at a surface or there are excessive gaps or wear tracks.

Assembly

Prevention

Synchronizers of 1-2 transfers and the 5th and a backing of transfers are identical, however it is impossible to interchange the position of them at assembly of the transmission. At assembly to grease all elements, especially rings of synchronizers and the needle bearing with the oil which is used for the transmission.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the needle bearing and a gear wheel of transfer of a backing on a secondary shaft.
2. To establish a ring of the synchronizer and the synchronizer of the 5th transfer and transfer of a backing.
3. To establish a new adjusting spring ring.
4. To turn a secondary shaft and to install the needle bearing and a gear wheel of the 1st transfer.
5. To establish a ring of the synchronizer of the 1st transfer, the synchronizer of 1-2 transfers and a new adjusting spring ring.
6. To establish a ring of the synchronizer of the 1st transfer, the needle bearing and a gear wheel of the 2nd transfer.
7. To heat a ring of the needle bearing of a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer to 100 °C.
8. To put on a hot ring a secondary shaft.
Prevention

The ring of the needle bearing has to be inserted deep into against the stop. In the course of installation it is necessary to use the new needle bearing.


9. After cooling of a ring to install the needle bearing and a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer.
10. To insert knot of the synchronizer of 3-4 transfers (shorter party up) and a new adjusting spring ring.
11. To turn a shaft and to establish a ring of the synchronizer of the 5th transfer, the needle bearing and a gear wheel of the 5th transfer.
12. To establish a ring of the synchronizer of the 4th transfer and the bearing.
13. To connect secondary and primary shaft.
14. The lower bolts of fastening of a case of coupling to the block of cylinders.
