4.1.5.2. Removal of a head of the block of cylinders

GENERAL INFORMATION

Knot of the air filter

1 – case,

2 – cover,

3 – the filtering element,

4 – corrugated hose of an air inlet,

5 – air inlet of warm air

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.

2. To merge cooling liquid from the cooling system (to unscrew a stopper on the right side of the block of cylinders, and also to disconnect the lower elastic pipeline from a radiator).

3. To remove the air filter, to disconnect the pipeline and draft from the carburetor and an inlet collector.

4. To disconnect electric wires from the carburetor and a head of the block of cylinders.

5. To disconnect from spark plugs of a wire of high voltage and to remove the distributor of high voltage.

6. To disconnect pipelines of cooling liquid from the camera of the starting arrangement of the carburetor, the top hose from a radiator, and also a hose of a broad tank from a head of the block of cylinders.

Prevention

It is not necessary to have a head of the block of cylinders the lower plane on a horizontal surface as it threatens with damage of valves of speakers below the plane. A head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to have so that plates of valves concerned nothing.
