GENERAL INFORMATION

Vacuum regulator of the carburetor

At damage of a diaphragm there is no control of the air gate.

Work vypolnchtsya on the carburetor removed from the engine.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To unscrew 4 screws and to remove the case of the vacuum regulator and a spring.

2. To disconnect a diaphragm from a pusher and to get it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To fix a diaphragm on a pusher at the same time having combined a vacuum opening of a diaphragm with the channel in the carburetor.

2. To install the case of the vacuum regulator with a spring and to screw screws, without tightening them.

3. To open the air gate and to finally tighten screws.

4. After installation of the carburetor on the engine to adjust turns of idling and content of carbon monoxide (SO).
