4.1.4.1.1. Removal and installation of the carburetor

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the air filter.
2. To disconnect from the carburetor elastic the pipeline: supply of fuel and heating (the liquid cooling the engine) of the automatic starting arrangement and to close their openings the corresponding caps.
3. To disconnect the socket of an electric wire of the electromagnetic valve from the carburetor.
4. To disconnect an accelerator pedal cable from the lever of a butterfly valve.
5. To unscrew nuts of fastening of the carburetor to an inlet collector and to remove them together with washers.
6. To remove the carburetor from an inlet collector to cover with rags an opening of an inlet collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Operations on installation of the carburetor are performed in the sequence of the return to process of its removal.
2. After installation of the carburetor it is necessary to adjust an accelerator pedal cable, to remove air from the cooling system and to adjust the speed of idling and maintenance WITH (composition of mix).
