9.2.6. Replacement of hug bearings of a back wheel

GENERAL INFORMATION

Nave of a back wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To take off a protective cap of a back wheel and to weaken nuts of fastening of a wheel.
2. To weaken a nave nut on the end of a half shaft.
3. To lift and record a back part of the car, to remove the corresponding wheel.
4. To remove the brake drum (see subsection 10.3).
5. To unscrew a nave nut on the end of a half shaft.
6. By means of a stripper with external captures to remove a wheel nave.
7. To remove from within the bearing brake board a plastic casing of the external driving hinge of a half shaft after a raising the screw-driver of tightening rings on heads of bolts and unscrewing of bolts of fastening of a casing.
8. To unscrew and take four bolts of fastening of the case of wheel bearings to the lever of a suspension bracket and to take the case of hug bearings of a back wheel.
9. To screw in freely two bolts of fastening (on diagonal) cases of hug bearings after its extraction for deduction of the bearing brake board and preservation of a back brake hose.
10. To take from the case of wheel bearings two sealing rings, and also conic bearings (external and internal).
11. To beat out external rings of bearings a core from bronze.
12. To clear the internal surface of the case of wheel bearings.
13. To install in the case by means of adaptation 14.019 external rings of bearings.
14. To grease with lubricant space between bearings and to insert conic bearings into the case.
15. To insert into the case sealing rings by means of adaptation 14.019.
16. To unscrew two bolts holding the bearing brake board and to insert the case of wheel bearings into the bearing brake board.
17. To screw up bolts of fastening of the case of bearings to the lever of a suspension bracket and to tighten them the corresponding moment.
18. To establish a plastic casing of the external driving hinge of a half shaft.
19. To insert a nave flange on a half shaft, to put on laying a half shaft and to put the new clamp without final tightening.
20. To install the brake drum.
21. To put on a wheel, to put the clamps of fastening of a wheel and to lower the car.
22. To tighten the corresponding moment a wheel nave nut on the end of a half shaft and to record it stamping of a cylindrical part of a nut a steel punch in a carving flute.
23. To tighten the corresponding moment of a nut of fastening of a wheel.
