GENERAL INFORMATION

Fastening of the metal-rubber plug of a beam of a back axis

1 – fastening bolts,

2 – clamps

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To lift and record a back part of the car.
2. To unscrew 3 bolts of fastening to a body of a metal plate of the metal-rubber plug of a beam of a back axis.
	3. By means of the corresponding lever leaning against the suspension bracket lever and by means of adaptation 15.014 to take the metal-rubber plug from a nest of a beam of a back axis.
4. To grease the new metal-rubber plug with glycerin or equivalent lubricant means.
5. By means of adaptation 15.017 to install the metal-rubber plug together with laying and a nut in a nest of a beam of a back axis.
6. To remove adaptation and to take the lever.
7. To install a metal plate on the plug and to screw three bolts of fastening of the metal-rubber plug on a beam of a back axis (one bolt with fixing) and on a body (two bolts).
