For dismantling and assembly of the generator after its removal from the car it is necessary to use the drawing in which the correct provisions of separate details are submitted.

In the course of repair of the generator it is necessary to adhere to the following instructions:

– the diodes placed in the generator are sensitive to high temperature; in case of need their replacements in the course of the soldering should be held their conclusions with metal tweezers which take away heat from a soldering iron sting, and also to limit soldering time to a necessary minimum;
– it is necessary to avoid use of electric soldering irons as in case of damage of their isolation they will cause breakdown of vypryamitelny diodes of the generator;
– in the course of control tests of the generator of supply voltage should not exceed 14B;
– in the course of check of vypryamitelny diodes it is possible to use a direct current tension, not exceeding 24 V;
– for cleaning of details it is necessary to use only gasoline; at once after cleaning of details (especially windings) it is necessary to drain them a stream of compressed air.
