9.2.4. Removal and installation of the lever of a suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To take off a protective cap of a back wheel and to weaken nuts of fastening of a wheel.
2. To lift and record a back part of the car, to remove the corresponding back wheel.
3. To remove the brake drum (see subsection 10.3).
4. To disconnect a half shaft from the suspension bracket lever (see subsection 7.11.1).
5. To disconnect a brake hose (without its unscrewing) from the holder under hollow after removal of an U-shaped clamp.
6. To establish a jack under the lever of a suspension bracket and to lift the lever so that all loading fell on a suspension bracket spring.
	7. To unscrew the lower fastening of the shock-absorber (a body of Berlin, on a photo) or to remove the shock-absorber (a komba body).
8. To unscrew from the relevant party bolts of fastening of a beam of a back axis to a body after bending back of safety laying and unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of the metal-rubber plug (8, see rice. Back suspension bracket), and also two bolts of fastening of a support of this plug to a body.
9. To carefully lower the lever down.
10. To take a suspension bracket spring together with a rubber basic cup.
11. To remove from a beam of a back axis of rotation of the lever and to take the lever.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To attach without final tightening the suspension bracket lever to a beam of a back axis.

2. To establish a spring together with a rubber basic cup on a suspension bracket lever shoulder.

3. To lift a jack to put a spring on the appropriate place.

Prevention

With a komba body along with a spring it is necessary to install the shock-absorber in cars.

4. To attach the metal-rubber plug of a beam of a back axis to a body, having tightened bolts of its fastening the corresponding moments.

5. To install the lower fastening of the shock-absorber (in cars with a komba body), and also a brake hose on the holder under a body floor and to record it.

6. To take a jack.

7. To establish completely a half shaft with a wheel nave. To attach a wheel nave four new bolts to the suspension bracket lever, tightening them the corresponding moment.

8. To establish a plastic casing of the external driving hinge of a half shaft from within the bearing brake board.

9. To install the brake drum.

10. To establish a wheel, to put the clamps of fastening of a wheel, to lower the car and to tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel the corresponding moment.

11. To move several times the lever of a suspension bracket and to tighten the corresponding moment of connection of the lever with a beam of a back axis.
