6.1.3. Dismantling and assembly of the transmission

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

This section concerns transmissions of all types.


Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the release bearing and forks of switching off of coupling.
2. To fix the transmission on a desktop.
3. To unscrew ten bolts of fastening and to uncover the transmission.
4. To turn the transmission and to merge oil.
5. By means of the screw-driver inserted into an opening for an axis of the selector of transfers to uncover, located at an end face of a back part of a case of the transmission.
6. To unscrew sideways a case a stopper of blocking of the internal mechanism of gear shifting, to take the spring which is under it and to extend a stopper by means of the magnetized core.
7. To take a pin from blocking knot, and also a stopper in a back part of a case and to remove the forelock.
8. To take a pin of a cam of the selector of the reverse gear and to extend back its axis.
9. To take two couples of forks and two stoppers.
10. By means of adaptation 17.001 to remove a sealing ring from a back part of a case of the transmission (the secondary shaft has to be in the place).
11. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a back part of a case of the transmission, to disconnect it from a forward part of a case and easily turning in both parties to get an intermediate shaft.

Prevention

The intermediate shaft represents the block from five gear wheels forming a single whole and rotating on the bearings located on an axis.


12. To move an intermediate shaft back to exempt it from a forward emphasis.
13. To take an intermediate shaft by means of adaptation 16.002, holding the shaft bearing with the auxiliary tool put to the taken shaft so that the bearing remained on the place.
14. To take a back part of a case of the transmission.
15. To unscrew four bolts of fastening of the bearing of a main shaft. To take a main shaft together with its needle bearing.
16. To remove the block of gear wheels from an axis of an intermediate shaft, using the auxiliary tool and to remove two persistent washers from a transmission case.
17. To remove a ring from an axis of the lever of the reverse gear and to take this lever.
18. To uncover a gear wheel of the drive of a speedometer and to take this gear wheel from a back part of a case of the transmission.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To carefully clear all details of the transmission and to oil them for the transmission. The carving of the bolts entering in a transmission case should be covered with the pressurizing paste.
2. To insert the lever of the reverse gear on an axis and to fix it by means of a ring.
3. To establish an intermediate gear wheel of the reverse gear on this lever; forks are directed back; to establish a gear wheel opposite to the axis greased with jellied lubricant, and blows of the copper hammer to get a gear wheel.
4. To establish by means of jellied lubricant in the deepenings provided for them in a case persistent washers of the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft.
5. To carefully insert the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft into a transmission case. To establish persistent washers by ledges in the corresponding deepenings.
6. To establish a main shaft and its bearing in a transmission case. To rest a spring adjusting ring against a case wall.
7. To install the precision bearing of a main shaft together with new laying of round section and to screw up four bolts of fastening which carving to cover with the pressurizing paste.
8. To insert on a main shaft, the oiled needle bearing and to install the synchronizer 3 plug - it – 4-oh transfers.
9. To establish a back part of a case of the transmission and a secondary shaft. To turn a case so that it was possible to insert an axis of an intermediate shaft (it is necessary to paste lubricant laying on the surface of connection of a case for protection it from damage).
10. To incline the transmission so that gear wheels of an intermediate shaft entered gearing with a gear wheel of a main shaft and gear wheels of a secondary shaft. To check whether there are on the places two persistent washers. To insert, blows of the copper hammer, an axis of an intermediate shaft behind a case, holding its all the time in contact with the finger facilitating installation until its top is established at the level with a coupling case. The flat ledge of a back part of an axis of an intermediate shaft has to be established horizontally.
11. To establish a back part of a case of the transmission on continuation of a forward part, to grease a carving of bolts of fastening with the pressurizing paste and to tighten them the corresponding moment.
12. By means of adaptation 16.016 to insert a ring into a back part of a case. To check whether are the returnable channel of oil from a back part of a case and a cut in a ring on one line.
13. To fill with lubricant a sealing ring of a back part of a case and to insert it by means of adaptation 16.016.
14. To insert a gear wheel of the drive of a speedometer and to screw the cover greased with the pressurizing paste.
15. To establish a plate of the mechanism of blocking and to fix it by means of a pin. To insert the new stopper (covered with the pressurizing paste) behind a forward part of a case of the transmission.
16. To insert two axes together with forks, and also the lever of the reverse gear. To insert a selector axis behind a case. To establish a ring on a selector axis, and also its nave.
17. To screw a stopper of fixation of an axis of the selector, to insert sideways a case a spring and a stopper.
18. To establish a cover of a back part of a case of the transmission and to record it in three places on cover perimeter.
19. To establish a cover on a forward part of a case of the transmission.
20. To screw a coupling case on a forward part of a case of the transmission (if in this version she acts separately).
21. To remove the transmission from a desktop and to insert into a switching off fork transmission case, and also the release bearing of coupling.
