5.2. Removal and installation of coupling

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the transmission.
2. To unscrew poreremenno crosswise bolts of fastening of the leading part of coupling to a flywheel, blocking the screw-driver a gear wreath of a flywheel.
3. To remove the leading part and a clutch plate.
4. To disconnect a returnable spring from coupling switching off forks.
5. To extend forks of switching off of coupling from their nest and to take them together with the release bearing.
6. To separate the release bearing and forks of switching off of coupling.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a coupling case on a transmission case, tightening bolts of its fastening the corresponding moment.
2. By means of the corresponding plug to install on the press a new ring on the release bearing.
3. To grease with graphite or molybdenic (MOS2) lubricant the surface of sliding of the release bearing and plug of its guide.
4. To install the bearing on the plug.
5. To press the end of forks into their nest so that the elastic terminations clasped a spherical pin.
6. To hook on a returnable spring on coupling switching off forks.
7. To be convinced that the elastic terminations of forks squeeze a spherical pin.
8. To establish a clutch plate by the smooth party in the direction of a flywheel. To insert the aligning core 21.044 into openings of a clutch plate and a flywheel.
9. To establish the leading part of coupling and to tighten its bolts alternately crosswise the corresponding moment.
